Start e.g. at 7.00 pm

You get to the beach and we welcome you with a Hawaian flower garland necklace and a cocktail. You hand in your things at the cloakroom and then off you go to your lounge area.

7.45 pm

At this point your boss might want to issue an official welcome and open the buffet.

9.00 pm

After the buffet, it's time for the DJ, who slowly gets things moving to really get the the party going.

Sometime later

Our ice cream girls arrive with your Ice Surprise to sweeten up the party

1.00 am

Unless you choose to extend, it's time for the party to come to an end and for you to go home.

To give you an idea of the costs, here is a list of the possible components for an evening at Beach Hamburg.

 

  • Duration of event 6 hours
  • Hire fee for an exclusive beach (e.g. South Seas Hall or North Caribbean)
  • Beach lounge (we redesign the beach to create a lounge area with palm trees and all the other trimmings)
  • Lanikai BBQ
  • Honua drinks package deal (soft drinks, beer, wine & sparkling wine)
  • Welcome cocktail
  • Events manager, service staff, barkeeper
  • DJ incl. music system and lighting
  • Hawaiian flower garland necklaces to welcome you

The final price will depend on how many guests you bring along and what details you decide on. A drinks flat rate deal with or without cocktails, a rustic barbecue or a huge Caribbean buffet, how long you want to celebrate and whether you want a live act, and so on...
 
For the example here, you would be expecting around EUR 100.00 net / person, from 80 persons upwards. From 200 guests upwards, the package would come out at around EUR 85.00 / person. Just ask us and we will put together a free, non-binding, individually-tailored quote for your event!
